Interview: Ecosulis and diversity in rewilding

I recently did an interview calling for action on diversity in the rewilding sector for environmental and nature recovery experts Ecosulis, alongside Heal Rewilding. We touch on the challenges that might be impacting diversity, such as the requirement for those who wish to work in the sector to get experience through unpaid roles, and also the importance of inclusive recruitment policies and systems.
