Host Lou interviews individuals on their experiences within the conservation world and is particularly focused on encouraging young conservationists through the sharing of positive stories. Each episode has an interview with a guest AND the story of a species that has made a remarkable comeback.

She has a colourful and varied career history and set of skills, that she uses in every possible way to promote kindness to the planet and more sustainable living for all.
