Speaker and Presenter: Kendal Mountain Festival 2022

I had a great time as a presenter and speaker at the Kendal Mountain Festival 2022 as part of Kendal Mountain Book Festival and the broader festival on stage at Basecamp.

I was lucky enough to interview:

• Visual artist, writer, lecturer and author of Belonging, Dr Amanda Thompson

• Ultrarunner, Black Trail Runners Co-Founder and author of Black Sheep, Sabrina Pace-Humphreys

• A panel supported by Patagonia to share more about The Summit, my combined project with Phil Young where we bring together people of colour working on access and representation for a weekend of outdoor activities. Adam Raja, Bryony Benge-Abbott and Adya Misra joined me on stage.

And I was part of a panel to share more about OUTO with Phil Young, Keme Nzerem, Frit Tam, Marie Uri and Lisa Douglas. OUTO is a group of outdoor brands committed to supporting diversity in the outdoors. I took part in their incubator programme earlier this year.
